Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Prohibited Activities:
Users must not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Users must not interfere with the operation of the platform or engage in fraudulent activities.
Age Restriction:
Users must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Order Placement
Order Confirmation:
Orders are subject to acceptance by the restaurant. We are not responsible if a restaurant refuses to fulfill an order.
Order Modifications:
Users may modify or cancel an order only if the restaurant has not yet started preparing the food.
Pricing:
Prices displayed on our platform are subject to change without prior notice. The final price will be confirmed at the time of delivery, as some restaurant prices may be exclusive of VAT..
5. Payment Terms
Payment Methods:
We accept payments via mobile payment solutions, and cash on delivery (if available).
Service Fee:
A service fee of 12% of the subtotal will be applied to all orders.
Delivery Fee:
Delivery fees vary based on the customer's location and the restaurant's location. Fees will be displayed at checkout.
Taxes:
All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
6. Delivery Policies
Delivery Areas:
We deliver to specified areas in Mauritius. Delivery availability is displayed during the ordering process.
Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Contactless Delivery:
Users may request contactless delivery for added safety. The delivery person will leave the order at the specified location.
Failed Deliveries:
If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details or the customer's unavailability, the order may be canceled, and a refund may not be issued.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Customer Cancellations:
Customers may cancel an order before the restaurant starts preparing the food. Refunds will be processed based on the payment method used.
Restaurant Cancellations:
If a restaurant cancels an order, the customer will receive a full refund.
Refund Processing:
Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in the customer's account, depending on the payment method.
8. Food Quality and Safety
Restaurant Responsibility:
Restaurants are responsible for the quality, safety, and packaging of the food.
Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:
Customers must inform the restaurant of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing an order. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions.
9. Dispute Resolution
Customer Complaints:
Customers may file a complaint regarding food quality, delivery issues, or payment disputes by contacting our customer support team.
Resolution Process:
We will investigate complaints and work with the customer and restaurant to resolve the issue promptly.
10. Limitation of Liability
Platform Liability:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Restaurant Liability:
Restaurants are solely responsible for the food they prepare and deliver.
11. Intellectual Property
Ownership:
All content on the platform, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Savora Express and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Use Restrictions:
Users must not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the platform without prior written consent.
12. Privacy Policy
Data Collection:
We collect personal information such as name, address, and payment details to provide our services.
Data Usage:
User data is used to process orders, improve services, and communicate with users.
Data Protection:
We implement security measures to protect user data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
